It’s finally hump day,busy day equals a quick crockpot meal and a pumpkin spiced latte.☕️😊

Here’s to me completing 3 loads of laundry🧦👖👕👚,making groceries AND playing a flag 🏈football game! I decided to treat myself to my first #pumpkinspicelatte of the season.☕️

Am I the only one who always thinks that I have nothing to wear but once it’s time for me to wash laundry my hamper is overflowing? Like where did they even come from?🤣

I made a new crockpot recipe tonight and it was a hit! With all of the errands I had to do today a crockpot dinner was the only logical answer.


Brown sugar garlic and Sriracha chicken breast with potatoes and broccoli.🤤

This meal was incredibly simple and really delicious.

– Chicken breast or chicken thighs

2cups Dark brown sugar

Salt & pepper

Sriracha (desired spiciness)

Crushed garlic( desired amount)

3cups of water

Combine a little of the mixture with cornstarch or flour to create a gravy consistency!

Throw into your crock pot,cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours!

Tomorrow morning we have story-time at the library,Laelah is so excited for crafts and to pick out more books!

With all the running today we were still able to fit in a play date!❤️

They love each other so much!💕 #bffgoals
