Turkey salad recipe
2 or 3 cups of leftover turkey(chopped or shredded)
1 1/2 stalk of celery sliced thin
1/4 cup diced scallions(optional)
Salt pepper to Taste
1/2 cup of Mayo
2 teaspoons of fresh dill
Combine all ingredients and taste!
Some like to add lemon juice and or mustard to the mix but the dill adds the right amount of acidity for me!
Enjoy with crackers or create a sandwich,either way this recipe is a great way to repurpose your flavorful thanksgiving day turkey!
-all ingredients are not mandatory,my favorite thing about this particular recipe is that you can have fun with it. Add or take away until your desired taste is discovered. The seasoning of your turkey may have just enough seasoning so you may exclude the salt and or pepper(or add more).
