Bright.Simple.Beneficial. 🍓Quark & berries has been our little boost in the morning. Although quark is not yogurt it does contain plenty of “good”bacteria as well as several beneficial minerals. BONUS:Unlike yogurt quark contains a very low percentage of fat per gram at just 74 calories per 100grams!
Laelah and I like to add fresh fruit such as blueberries,strawberries and raspberries. All filled with tons of antioxidants.🤗We also drizzle with 100% natural honey,chia seeds and for a little added texture granola,walnuts or slivered almonds. :
