🛁🌻Bath soaks are something that I find essential. It’s a simple yet highly enjoyable luxury I lend myself at least once a month! Although you can purchase a variety of bath soaks from most beauty retailers, I prefer to make my own! It’s so simple!
each ingredient offers several different benefits(some directed towards particular problems.) so choose what’s best for you!💕
Peppermint detox soak:
•1 1/2 cup of Pink Himalayan salt
•1/2 cup of epsom salt •1/2 cup of baking soda
•10-15 drops of peppermint essential oil.
•15-20 drops of any carrier oil of your choice. My go to are sweet almond oil or olive oil.💕Combine all ingredients,pour into warm running bath water and soak for 20-30 minutes.
•(optional) 1/2 cup of dehydrated rose petals.
The salt water carries the electrical charge of the salt, along with the dissolved minerals. A salt bath helps draw out toxins, deep cleanses the skin, and helps cleanse the body energetically.
